奇龙航空租赁有限公司是中国航材对外投资建立的合资企业，是中国国内第一家从事飞机经营性租赁的租赁公司。
一、招聘岗位
因发展需要，现面向社会公开招聘：奇龙航空租赁有限公司商务高级副总裁（岗位职责和任职条件后附）。
二、招聘程序
本次招聘采取网上报名、资格审查、笔试、面试、素质测评、背景调查、面谈、组织考察、体检、聘用等程序。
该职位将由中国航材党委组织部统一负责招聘和管理。一经录用，将与中国航材签订劳动合同，并纳入中国航材外派高管管理体系中。

Senior Vice President, Commercial
Description
AerDragon is the first Chinese lessor dedicated to aircraft operating lease. It is a joint venture among China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (China), AerCap (Ireland), CACIB (France) and East Epoch (Hong Kong, China). The company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Commercial.
As a member of the management team and head of commercial, the position is tasked to lead the company’s business development in and outside China in aircraft purchasing, leasing and selling. Frequent domestic and international travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of AerDragon’s global business development, including aircraft leasing, buying and selling
- Develop strong relationship with airlines and business counterparts at leadership level
- Lead market research and analysis
- Interact with AerDragon Board on commercial matters
- Interact with CAS management
Required Experiences and Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of management experiences; min 10 years of relevant experiences and min 15 years of post graduate experiences
- Relevant experiences include (at management discretion): commercial function of aircraft leasing; fleet planning at airlines; commercial function at aircraft OEM; front desk of aviation financing banks; other aviation related experiences
- Fluent in English and Chines, including formal report writing and oral communication
- Deep knowledge in (ideally both) aviation and finance
- Quantitative understanding of business is a plus
- University degree, master degree preferred
