On June 4, CASC held meeting to mobilize and arrange the activity of deepening the Excellence Awards Competition, which launches the Excellence Awards Competition in CASC. Secretary Jia Changbin of CASC Party Committee made a mobilization speech and GM Li Hai of CASC chaired the meeting and made a summery speech.

Jia Changbin, in his speech, demanded CASC Party Organization at each level to fully understand the significance of this activity by carefully studying; to correctly master the activity’s general requests and main contents as well; to determine the topic adaptable to the practice of each unit; to make sure the activity to take effects by strengthening organizing. He made it clear that the activity of deepening the Excellence Awards Competition was the requirements of firstly expanding the achievements of learning and practicing the scientific outlook of development; secondly accelerating the regroup of CASC; thirdly, implementing the group’s reform work; fourthly, strengthening the Party construction and improving the fighting strength of the Party Organization at grass root level and the leader’s function of Party Members; fifthly, closely tying with the masses and built a harmonious enterprise. Jia Changbin emphasized that the activity needed to achieve “one combination”, “one flowing through”, “one promotion”, and “one improvement”.

Li Hai pointed out in his summery speech that the activity was an extension of learning and practicing the scientific outlook of development. He asked CASC Party organization at each level to regard the activity as a routine work, to integrate the activity with development of the corporation and to transform the fruits of this activity into the mobility of CASC’s development.

CASC Party Committee organized the study of Director Li Rongrong’s speech after SASAC held the meeting to mobilize and arrange the activity of deepening the Excellence Awards Competition. A leading group was established in CASC and an implementation proposal of this activity was drafted as well.
