On May 14, CASC Party Committee held central group training, on which the lecture video named “Mission of the time, leaders should take the leading role in constructing learning Party Organization” by Associate Professor Tang Jian of Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C. was watched and “Manual of improving the construction of learning Party Organization” was handed out to each participant.

The Central Committee of C.P.C. issued “The notice of General Office CCCPC issuing proposals on improving the construction of learning Party Organization” last year, and this year SASAC also delivered “The implementation proposals on constructing learning Party Organization among the central enterprises”. CASC has paid high attention to the demands of both the Central Committee of C.P. C. and SASAC. Early in this year, the general arrangement and demands were listed in the annual working report of CASC Party Committee and the key working points of Party Committee in 2010. Recently, CASC has formed a leading group on Learning Organization Construction with Party Committee Secretary Jia Changbin as group director, GM Li Hai and Deputy Secretary Zhao Lin as deputy directors.

At the training, Secretary Jia Changbin asked to create a learning environment in CASC by increasing the responsibility of directors on reading and study, and all the directors are demanded to take good example on learning.
