The Central Committee of the CPC issued “Codes of Ethics” which is an important basic regulation inside the CPC to regularize the governance of leaders and cadres. It can help to form an efficient mechanism in terms of regularizing governance with the system, doing things according to the system and managing people on the system. It can also help to strengthen the self discipline and probity among the cadres, to further enhance the level of Party management and regulation, and to deeply promote the anticorruption construction.

CASC Party Committee has paid great attention to implement “Codes of Ethics” by providing a copy of “Codes of Ethics” and a “Q&A on Codes of Ethics” to each learner. On April 15, the Central Group of CASC Party Committee carried out centralized study on the basis of self learning. A total of 25 people including directors of all the divisions of CASC and Chief person of each unit based in Beijing participated in the study. Secretary Jia Changbin hosted the study and emphasized the importance of studying and implementing “Codes of Ethics”. At the study, the background and significance of drafting and issuing “Codes of Ethics”, and its main contents and characteristics were understood by showing a video of the Explanation of Codes of Ethics.

CASC Party Committee demands each branch Party Committee to recognize thoroughly the importance of implementing “Codes of Ethics”, to carry out deep study and propagation, and to eradicate the action against “Codes of Ethics”.
