CASC Shanghai Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company), the former eastern office of CASC, was founded in October 1981 with key business in aviation supplies import & export, maintenance agent, transportation and custom clearance service.

    The business also covers import & export of other authorized products, leasing of parts and equipments, training of aviation related personnel, exchange trade, distribution and storage of aviation parts as well as processing on giving materials, assembling on provided parts and compensation trade.

    The Company has two subsidiaries, Huajia Passenger and Cargo Agent Service Co. Ltd., which major service is international air cargo transportation agent, and Shanghai Pudong Aviation Industry Develop Company, which is in possession of large warehouses and office buildings for customer service in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Economic Zone.
