Started his professional career in 1972 and used to take the following positions in succession: Deputy Director of the oil depot of CAAC Shanghai Administration, member of the Discipline Inspection Committee of CAAC Shanghai Administration, Acting Director of the Administrative Office of the Discipline Inspection Committee of CAAC East China Regional Administration, Secretary of the Party Committee of CAOHC (China Aviation Oil Holding Company) Shanghai Company, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CAOHC East China Company, Vice President of China Aviation Oil Supply Corporation, and President of CAOHC.
