Beijing Kailan Aviation Technology Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kailan Aviation) was founded in April 1998 with approval of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). In June 2003, Kailan Aviation was reorganized jointly by CASC Group and Civil Aviation Safety and Technology Center of CAAC. Through reorganization, the registered capital asset of Kailan Aviation has increased dramatically with great expansion on service field.
