The company was reorganized into a joint-stock corporation limited in August 2004, share-hold by CASC Group, Beijing Jingtian Consignment Station and China Aviation Materials & Equipment Corporation. The Company has its headquarter in Beijing and branch agents and office, which hold Class I Cargo Transportation Agent by Department of Commerce, and as Bronze Agent Qualifications by CAAC, in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, and Shenyang.
