Major Qualification and related Experience
The Corporation¡¯s subsidiary, Beijing Hangtai Real Estate Management Co. Ltd. (the Company) was founded in July 1999 with the propose of providing comprehensive and professional management service for top grade of real estates. The Company has obtained the Real Estate Management Qualification of Beijing. The management service of the Company is primarily provided for the following real estates: current and former office complex of CASC Group, office complex of China Aviation Material & Equipment Corporation; office building of Beijing Aircraft Brake Technology Co. Ltd., office building of Beijing Kailan Aviation Technology Co. Ltd. and #11 Lishuiyuan apartment build.
The Corporation has obtained the Class III Contractor Qualification for Construction and Decoration Project in 2002 and the ornament and decoration service of the Corporation has extended from single limited project to multiple integral projects. The major projects completed are the following: interior decoration for dinning hall of Huaou Aviation Training Center, decoration for Lishijiayuan Apartment and Yonghejiayuan Apartment, decoration of pilot apartment in BeijingCapitalAirport, and decoration for warehouse and office complex of CASC Beijing Branch.
