Beijing Huacai Aviation Passenger & Cargo Service Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company), founded in 1994, is an aviation passenger & cargo transportation agent with Class I Agent Qualification issued by Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and the former Foreign Economy and Trade Department of China, and is also one of first certified agents by IATA. The Company has its headquarter in Beijing and branch agents and office in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, and Shenyang, which also hold Class I Cargo Transportation Agent Certification by Department of Commerce, and Bronze Agent Qualifications by CAAC.
