On May 28, Jia Changbin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, and Yang Xiaoming, Deputy GM, visited Kailan to hear the its report on energy saving and emission reduction. Liu Feiyu, GM of Kailan, as well as other relevant departments, separately reported their work on energy saving and emission reduction in terms of external investment, brake repair centre and daily work. They also accompanied Jia Changbin to the repair centre to get practical information on its work on energy saving and emission reduction.

During the inspection, Jia Changbin pointed out that recently, the Group carefully followed the SASAC’s requirements on energy saving and emission reduction and put greater effort in this work. As the Group’s key unit in this work, these years, Kailai’s leaders had been attaching great importance to it. They did careful practice, invested considerable labour, materials and financial resources, focused on small tasks, applied proper measures and achieved remarkable results. Jia Changbin hoped that Kailan could continue its outstanding work and focus on the repair centre and Kailong so as to do a better work in energy saving and emission reduction and to provide more experience for brother units.
