As a business platform of the Dragon Aviation Leasing in Dongjiang, the Dragon Aviation Leasing (Tianjin) will not involve in leasing business directly, instead, it will act as a parent company, consisting of various companies to ensure each specific leasing business to be carried out by one company. Such structural design can not only avoid risks among different leasing projects and be easy for its independent operation, but also make overall planning and unified management through the parent company.
According to the schedule, 3 B737-800s which were jointly leased by the China United Airlines are expected to be delivered at the end of this year to the China Eastern Airlines. They will be transacted in Dongjiang mode. Accordingly, the supporting companies will be established in the near future. The establishment of the Dragon Aviation Leasing (Tianjin) consolidated the market position, enhanced the vitality of the company, and provided a strong support for the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
